Ooh human resource. Nice one Shav. They say they are there for employee welfare, but more importantly they are there to get the maximum out of the employee with minimum expediture.
That is what I think anyway. I had to meet the human resource people of a reputed company and they all went '___is a wonderful place to work for', '___ really cares about those who work for it', 'it's like home away from home here. We are like family' and it all sounded mechanical and rehearsed. Freaked me right out it did.
No generalising meant here. Just my experience. Just that it wasn't good.
